We need a nurse – and perhaps it is exactly you

Become part of District Stoholm

Do you want to help make a positive difference for citizens in Viborg Municipality – and do you thrive in a daily work life with high professionalism, responsibility, close collaboration and room for a smile along the way?

In District Stoholm we are looking for a nurse who wants to become part of a dedicated district where citizen-centered nursing, multidisciplinary collaboration and development go hand in hand.

About District Stoholm

District Stoholm is a rural district and one of Viborg Municipality’s nine home- and nursing districts. We cover a large geographical area with both countryside and town and meet citizens of all ages with different nursing care needs. Our approach is rehabilitative, and we work with the citizen’s resources, wishes and possibilities to live as independent and meaningful a life as possible.

About the job

As a nurse in District Stoholm you will have a diverse everyday life, where no day is quite the same – and we see that as part of the charm. You will become part of an engaged team that works closely together to create safe and coherent pathways for the citizens. Our common focus is to support citizens’ independence, quality of life and active participation in their own lives.

We work purposefully with welfare technology and continuously develop our nursing clinic so you get good conditions to deliver high-quality nursing close to the citizens.

We are organized in citizen-centered teams with two day teams and an evening shift group. Interdisciplinarity, professional sparring and high quality are central elements in our daily work.

The position is permanent, and we want the start when you are ready – but no later than 1 December 2026. Working hours are during daytime on weekdays and every 6th weekend, and the number of hours is agreed based on your wishes and our joint needs.

We offer

  • a diverse everyday life with exciting nursing tasks and responsibilities
  • a strong interdisciplinary collaboration with engaged and helpful colleagues
  • opportunity for skills development and ongoing sparring
  • a thorough introduction so you get off to a good start
  • flexibility, freedom with responsibility and influence on your own work planning
  • a safe and welcoming working environment where we value professionalism, collaboration, well-being and humor – even on days when the coffee cup needs to be filled one more time

We are looking for a nurse who

  • is qualified as a nurse and wants to bring your professional skills into play close to the citizens
  • thrives in interprofessional collaboration and actively contributes to shared solutions
  • can work independently, take responsibility and maintain overview in a changing daily life
  • has a driving license
  • is motivated to support citizens in a safe, independent and meaningful everyday life
  • is positive, flexible and contributes to a good working environment with professionalism, good humor and a sense of community

Does it sound like something for you?

Then send us your application – we invite to interviews on an ongoing basis and look forward to hearing from you. Maybe you are exactly the one to become our new colleague.
