Dansk Skalform A/S in Aars is looking for a stable and practically minded employee for our production. You do not need to be a tradesperson or have many years of experience – the most important is that you are hands-on, quick to learn and eager to work.

We are looking for an employee who thrives with a daily routine where tasks can vary, and where you work both independently and together with colleagues.

Who are we?

Dansk Skalform A/S is a dynamic and quality-conscious casting company and machine shop in Aars. We manufacture small, complex, thin-walled parts up to 25 kg and work with cast iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum and bronze.

Our machine shop is modern and specialized in CNC milling and CNC turning.

With us we combine technical knowledge, modern technology and many years of experience – but just as important is good collaboration and a daily environment where people help each other.

The job

As an employee with us you will be part of the daily production.

Your tasks may include

• Operating machines
• Simple production and assembly tasks
• Use of hand tools and common tools
• Inspection and post-processing of parts
• Diverse practical tasks in production
• Assistance where needed

If you have experience with CNC, machines, assembly or other production work, that is an advantage – but it is not a requirement .

We provide the necessary training.

The most important for us is that you

• Are practical and hands-on
• Like to work with tools and machines
• Are quick to learn and curious
• Are reliable and punctual
• Can work independently, but also as part of a team
• Have good physical stamina and are not afraid to get stuck in
• Focus on quality and order
• Speak and understand Danish

Who is the job well suited for?

Perhaps you have previously worked in production, assembly, crafts, warehousing or something completely different.

Perhaps you are unskilled and have always been the type who fetches the toolbox yourself when something needs repairing or building.

That is actually the kind of person we would like to meet.

You do not need to be able to do everything from day one. If you want to learn, take responsibility and enjoy getting things done, we will teach you the rest.

Working hours

Day shift

We typically start between 06:00 and 07:00. We are flexible about start times if there are special needs.
