Your role

As store manager

• you run a store at a high tempo with solid results
• lead and develop your team in daily work
• work in a structured way with our concepts, including our leadership concept “Bedst til Basis”
• ensure strong execution and great customer experiences
• develop employees and spot new leadership talents

We imagine that you

Perhaps already working in retail or groceries. You are at least a capable leader who has experience running a store or an area with responsibility for both operations and staff.

You have created results through strong operations, daily structure and by developing the people you lead.

You thrive in a fast-paced, responsible and goal-oriented everyday life, and are motivated by building a strong team that together delivers good results.
