At Femilet we are looking for a passionate store manager who can create results through leadership and the ability to put customers at the center. As store manager you are more than a leader; you are the store’s outward face and an important cultural ambassador for both customers and employees.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure an inspiring, welcoming and service-minded store where both customers and employees feel welcome.
• Handle daily operations, including budget, key figures and KPI reporting.
• Lead, motivate and develop your team through sparring, performance reviews (MUS) and shift planning.
• Create strong relationships with our customers and guarantee that they receive a personal and present experience – every time.
• Contribute to Femilet becoming the preferred lingerie store locally through your engagement, service drive and business understanding.

Who are you?

• You are a skilled and passionate salesperson who is motivated to lead from the sales floor and create fantastic results.
• You have strong local knowledge and network in the area, and you understand the value of building close relationships in the local community.
• You are creative and proactive in creating new customer traffic – for example through exciting local collaborations, customer events and activities.
• You have experience from a similar role, preferably from retail or service industry – but most important is your passion, drive and outgoing energy.
• You work in a structured, responsible and result-oriented way – and see opportunities rather than limitations.
• You are a present leader who inspires your team and ensures that everyone performs their best with a smile.
