Store Manager in Aalborg

Ditur opened a store in Aalborg Storcenter earlier this year, and now we are looking for a Store Manager who is eager to take responsibility for the daily operations and help develop the store further.

You don't need many years of leadership experience - but you should have ambitions, drive and the desire to develop both the store and the staff.

Role as Store Manager

As Store Manager you will be responsible for the operations of our new store in Aalborg. You will work with scheduling, personnel management, inventory control, and KPIs. We are looking for someone who never compromises on good customer service and who has leadership in them. Employees are the core of our business, and with support from the office you will have a large role in ensuring employee development and wellbeing in the store.

In addition you will be responsible for the store's key figures as well as reporting to Ditur's headquarters in Hasselager. At Ditur we believe that our employees are the core of our business, and as Store Manager you will therefore be our most important asset in developing staff in the store.

Your tasks

You will naturally receive a thorough onboarding, where you will be introduced to tasks and systems, so you are equipped to deliver the experiences that create value and excitement for our customers. Your tasks include, among others:

• Guide and assist the customer from start to finish in their purchasing process and communicate relevant information about the history of the individual products and brands
• Create a good atmosphere and a positive environment in the store for customers and colleagues
• Ensure daily that the store is tidy and presentable
• Optimize your work and sales process based on selected KPIs
• Be an ambassador for Ditur and our products
• Optimize inventory management so we maintain a stable stock level with high precision and a healthy balance between availability and inventory holding.
• Be a capable leader for the staff in the store, including ensuring shift schedules
• Follow up on performance and sales to the organization
• Engage in dialogue with suppliers and ensure stock replenishment in the store
• Be responsible for events and happenings in the store

Working hours

The store is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. You have great freedom to schedule your working hours within this window to align with your store staff. If you have administrative work, you can start your workday earlier.
