Store manager sought for organic bakery

We are seeking a store manager for Det Rene Brød 🌱🥖

Do you want to lead a store where ecology, quality, craftsmanship and people are an important part of everyday life?

Det Rene Brød is looking for a store manager who wants to take responsibility for our store and at the same time help develop the culture we want to create.

Your everyday with us

As store manager you will be responsible for the daily operation of the store and for the team that makes everyday life run smoothly.

You will, among other things,

• lead and support our staff
• create work rosters and allocate the daily tasks
• ensure a great experience for our customers
• keep an eye on goods, inventory, sales and food waste
• work closely with the bakery on the day's production
• ensure that the store is inviting, clean and well-functioning
• handle the small and big things that arise during the day
• bring ideas on how we can make things even better
• this involves leading both departments, located on Frederiksberg and Østerbro respectively.

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• have experience with leadership - preferably from store, cafe, restaurant, bakery or similar
• are good with people and willing to take responsibility
• can create structure without losing presence
• work independently and can make decisions
• have an interest in ecology, good ingredients and quality
• should have a sense for how to lift sales and have an overview of the finances.

You don't need to know everything from day one. The most important thing is that you have the desire, the sense of responsibility and the right values.
