About the position

As store manager you will be responsible for the daily operation of the store, where you ensure an inspiring shopping experience for our customers. You will have a central role in leading and developing your team, optimizing sales and ensuring the store always appears inviting and well-organized.

Your primary task as store manager is the daily management of the men's department, including both professional and personnel leadership of your employees. The team currently consists of the upcoming store manager plus three sales assistants.

You will in daily work have close collaboration with your store manager colleague from the women's department, where you brainstorm with each other and lift each other up.

Your responsibilities as store manager

• Daily management of the store and the employees
• Planning and optimization of staffing
• Ensuring high customer service and sales targets
• Purchasing and inventory management
• Training and development of employees
• Responsible for the store's key figures and budgets

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are professionally trained in retail or a similar industry. Either you have gained your first experience with leadership, or you are ready for the next step with more responsibility.
