Student assistant for marketing

At Armatec we are looking for a curious and proactive student assistant who wants to become an active part of our Nordic marketing team.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn, take responsibility and is eager to try their hand at everything from social media and websites to AI, content and digital campaigns.

We imagine that you will work from our office in Glostrup one to two days per week, so you become a natural part of the team and receive the best sparring and development.

About the job

You will be part of our Nordic marketing department, where we work with branding, digital marketing, website, e-commerce, social media, campaigns and internal communications.

The tasks will be tailored to your skills and interests, but may include

• Production of content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other digital channels
• Drafting copy for the website, news and newsletters
• Updating the website and digital platforms
• Photo editing and lighter graphic tasks for ads, social media etc.
• Use of AI tools for idea development, content production and admin optimization
• Ad hoc tasks in the marketing department

You quickly take responsibility for your own tasks and become an important part of a team where there is a short distance from idea to action.

We imagine that you

• Are currently pursuing a higher education degree in marketing, communications or similar.
• Are a strong communicator and write fluent and targeted texts in both Danish and English.
• Work in a structured way, take responsibility and follow your tasks through to completion.
• Have an interest in digital marketing and be curious about new technologies and digital trends.
• See AI as a natural working tool and are keen to use tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to develop content, streamline workflows and support creative idea development.
• Have a sense for quality and an eye for detail – in both text, visual communication and the finished result.
• Thrive on collaborating with colleagues across the organization and actively contribute ideas and initiative.
• Are positive, independent and motivated by a daily work life with many different tasks.

It is advantageous if you also

• Have experience with Canva, Adobe or similar tools.
• Good knowledge of social media.
• Have knowledge of CMS systems.
• Have experience with email marketing.
• Have an interest in image or video editing.
• Have worked with or used AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.

You do not need to know everything. The most important thing is that you want to learn and contribute.
