About the job
Are you a student? Do you have plenty of go-ahead, whether you need to tackle a graphic task, website editing or tasks of a more practical nature? And do you dream of hands-on experience from a workplace with high employee satisfaction? Then you can now become part of Civica's communications team.
Who are we? Civica is Funen's largest general housing organization – and our communications team supports the entire organization with communication to residents, resident democrats, employees and the outside world.
We are currently looking for a quick and service-minded student assistant who can help with big and small tasks, depending on what everyday life brings.
You will become part of a team with different professional focuses, where there is room to learn new things and take responsibility. Here we share a high level of ambition on Civica's behalf, we think ahead, and we help each other.
Depending on the type of task, you will either need to collaborate with other colleagues or work independently – and there will always be opportunities for sparring along the way.
Your tasks Your tasks will primarily consist of
- Production of graphic material in Canva and possibly other relevant programs.
- Updating content on our website.
- Assisting with the transition to the new website, including quality assurance and moving content.
- Image editing of various kinds.
- Practical tasks across the team – for example hanging a banner on a construction fence or printing floor plans for an open house event.
- Appropriate ad hoc tasks for the other colleagues.
We imagine that you
- Are pursuing a relevant education in communication, digital design, multimedia design, marketing or similar.
- Have at least two semesters left of your studies.
- Have a flair for graphic design and visual communication.
- Work confidently in Canva.
- Are structured and can keep track of several tasks at once.
- Can take responsibility and work independently.
- Trives with collaboration and a day-to-day where tasks vary.
- Experience with Umbraco and Microsoft 365 is an advantage but not a requirement.
We offer
- Relevant work experience alongside your studies.
- Opportunity to develop your competencies.
- Skilled colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge.
- A workplace with high well-being and flexibility.
Working hours and employment You will work approximately 10-12 hours per week. The working hours are planned flexibly in collaboration with the team’s professional coordinator and with regard to your studies and exams.
The position is temporary and runs provisionally until March 2027
We hold interviews on an ongoing basis, so do not hesitate to send us your application and your CV.
If you have questions about the position, you can contact Christine Dalgaard at phone 30 99 65 36 during normal working hours or send an email to [email protected] .
