Would you like to work with how AI can be used to develop processes and tools in People & Culture?

We are seeking a student assistant with AI expertise, who can help us explore, develop and test the use of AI in our work.

You will become part of both People & Culture (HR) and People & Talent (Technology) and will need to collaborate with both P&C professionals and IT professionals to translate concrete P&C needs into AI solutions that can be used in practice.

The role

You will work at the intersection of People & Culture and Technology. Together with colleagues from People & Culture you will familiarize yourself with our processes and needs, and together with the People & Talent team in Technology, you will help translate them into concrete AI solutions.

An example could be the recruitment process: How can AI support the hiring manager, recruitment partner and P&C partner and make the work easier?

• Map P&C processes and identify relevant opportunities for the use of AI
• Develop and test AI-based workflows and solutions
• Work with, among other things, prompts, agents and automation
• Explore how AI can be integrated with our existing systems
• Collaborate across teams and document solutions so they can be used in daily task solving
• Document solutions so they can be used in daily task solving

All employees at TV 2 have access to Microsoft Copilot. In addition, development can be done with GitHub Copilot. In the People & Culture area we work, among other things, with Oracle Fusion, Microsoft D365 and Lessor.

The position is a student position of about 15 hours per week. The primary workplace is Odense

Your profile

You have solid knowledge of AI and a desire to apply it to concrete processes and problems. You do not need to have experience in HR, but you must be able to understand business needs and collaborate with both professional and technical profiles.

• You have at minimum completed a bachelor’s degree and are pursuing a relevant master’s degree, for example in AI, machine learning, data science or computer science
• You have professional knowledge of generative AI and its applications
• You understand integration between AI and other IT systems
• You can understand business processes and translate needs into possible solutions
