About the position

We are seeking an outgoing, results-oriented and proactive student employee with high motivation for our sales & booking team at Le Management Kids. You will become part of a young, but well-established team where everyone is passionate about their work, and the atmosphere reflects a passion, high ceilings, a flat organizational structure and a strong focus on both personal and professional development.

As a Booking Assistant you will, among other things, be responsible for managing an existing client portfolio and building your own client portfolio through proactive sales, customer relationships, model bookings and coordination and follow-up on booked jobs. You will have the opportunity to proactively seek new potential clients, close the deal and maintain the customer contact.

Therefore it is essential that you enjoy working independently, but there will always be sparring and teamwork to draw on from the rest of the team! We operate in a relationship- and trust-based industry, which is why it is essential that you can operate in and thrive in a social and dynamic work environment with a large contact surface.

The position is a part-time student job of about 15 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours in busy periods. The working hours are planned with reference to your study schedule, so there is a good opportunity to balance study and work.

Your primary tasks

• Optimization and expansion of sales opportunities via email and telephone, with a primary focus on the international market
• Care of existing customer relationships as well as establishment of new ones
• Proactive sales and email marketing, both nationally and internationally
• Assistance to the Le Management Kids team with administration and coordination of model bookings for recognised national and international clients
• Ad hoc tasks

About you

We do not require specific education, but we expect that you have a natural interest in sales, negotiation and business development. We are an ambitious team that is motivated by seeing opportunities where others see constraints. Therefore we expect you to contribute with great engagement and to maintain motivation when you encounter rejection from potential clients.
