About the job

We are seeking 2 book arrangers for Engen Kulturhus and Library, which opens in autumn 2026.

As a book arranger, your main task is to place books and other materials on the shelves in Engen. In addition, you will also have shifts at Nørremarken Library , where you, among other things, will be responsible for preparing reservations for pickup, placing materials on the shelves, tidying up, assisting with light citizen services, etc.

It is practical work with fixed routines, where it is important that you can work with concentration and independently, and that you are comfortable occasionally working alone.

Working hours are a minimum of 8 hours per week and typically fall on weekdays and weekends. The time frame will be agreed upon at recruitment. In periods there may be an opportunity for more hours, e.g. during holidays or during busy periods.

• Are 18 years or older and in education.
• Are responsible and can work independently.
• Are smiling and welcoming.
• Have good orderliness and can work in a structured and focused manner.
• Speak and read Danish and have a good understanding of both numbers and letters.
• Are reliable and punctual.
