Student job: Quality and Documentation Coordinator

The internship

In this internship you will help our partner with quality assurance and documentation across sales and production. You will have an important role in ensuring that the necessary documentation is in place, that data complies with current requirements, and that tasks are followed through.

You start by thoroughly familiarizing yourself with the company's products, requirements and processes, so you gain a solid understanding of how quality assurance works in practice. Thereafter you will, among other things, work with the IT system Dalux , where you will help structure and manage quality assurance. You will therefore have the opportunity to combine documentation work with system understanding and at the same time get close to both sales and production.

Part of the role is also to obtain and check data from suppliers, review tender material and work with certifications and environmental statements. In time you will have the opportunity to use your own competencies to optimize workflows, automate processes and make handling of quality and documentation more efficient.

Your tasks

• Get familiar with requirements, products and processes in quality assurance
• Work with quality assurance and document handling in Dalux
• Create structure around documentation and follow up on missing material
• Obtain data and documentation from suppliers
• Review tender material and identify relevant requirements
• Work with certifications and environmental declarations
• Check whether supplier data meet current requirements
• Support the implementation of new processes and systems
• Follow up on documentation between sales, production and suppliers
• Identify opportunities for optimization and automation of workflows

Virksomheden

You become part of a well-established Danish landscaping company with about 170 employees and headquarters in Aarhus. The company handles assignments nationwide and works with everything from construction, green operation and maintenance to climate adaptation, paving and establishment of green outdoor spaces.
