Student job: Quality Assurance & Process Optimization

The student job

Our partner is seeking two engaged students who will be involved in developing and strengthening the company's quality assurance work.

Quality assurance is an important focus area for the company, and there is great potential to create better and more systematic workflows. Therefore you get the opportunity here to work with a concrete business challenge where your work can create tangible results.

You will become part of a project where you, together with the director, will examine how the company currently works with quality assurance, where they want to go, and how they will get there.

In the beginning you will spend time getting to know the company and the existing workflows. You will, among other things, see how the employees work in practice, and you can join in on concrete installation tasks.

Thereafter you will help identify improvement opportunities and develop new processes that make quality assurance a natural part of everyday life.

Your tasks will include

• Mapping and documentation of existing workflows and processes
• Identification of defects, improvement opportunities and areas with potential for better quality
• Development and implementation of new processes, routines and best practices for quality assurance
• Improvement of documentation of performed work, including use of pictures and video
• Dialogue and interviews with employees to understand workflows and identify improvements
• Follow-up and evaluation of whether new processes and quality assurance routines work in practice

The most important is not that you can do it all from the start. You will have the opportunity to get to know the company and the area and help shape the solutions along the way.

The company

Our partner is an ambitious electrical installation company north of Aarhus with around 50 employees, where professionalism, quality and good craftsmanship are central. Here you get the opportunity to get very close to the business and have real influence on how the company can work even smarter and more structured with quality assurance. You will work closely with one of the company’s partners and thus have a unique opportunity to translate your ideas into concrete improvements that can be felt in everyday life.
