About the job
Student with an interest in working with data, purchasing, and contract management in the Ministry of Finance
Are you passionate about creating value through data? Do you want to work with some of the largest and most strategically important procurement and Tender projects in the Danish state? Then you have the opportunity to work at the Ministry of Finance in the Skt. In State Procurement & Law, which is part of the Ministry of Finance, we are currently seeking an engaged and service-minded student with strong analytical skills and an interest in data, who can contribute to upcoming tenders and contract management of agreements in the State Procurement Program and at the same time enjoys solving tasks that support management and the office’s daily operations.
Get a varied task portfolio
The State Procurement Program includes a number of joint-state framework agreements used by colleagues in the state and anchored in the office State Procurement & Law, where we manage contracts and continuously re-tender the agreements. You will join a professional community of dedicated colleagues who together form a strong team that prioritizes sparring and professional development.
Your tasks can include
- Development of Excel templates that can optimize analysis and reporting processes

- Contribute to contract management of agreements, including written and telephone guidance to colleagues in the state and review and control of sales reporting
- Participation in procurement projects, for example with tasks such as preparing decision briefs and minutes
- Help to solve the office’s administrative operations so that the office has the best conditions to succeed with core tasks, for example preparing an intro program and planning onboarding of new colleagues
What we offer you

We prioritize that you get interesting tasks and professional and personal development, and as a student in the Ministry of Finance you will fully participate in task execution with your own areas of responsibility, so your time with us creates a solid stepping stone for life after studies.
When you start with us, your buddy will greet you and present you with your onboarding program, just as you, together with your immediate supervisor, will plan your task portfolio and professional development. The plan ensures that you work on tasks that interest you and that you gradually develop your competencies.
