Student assistant for AI and automation at BKI in Aarhus

Would you translate your interest in AI into solutions that create value for others?

We are looking for a student assistant who will help make the workday smarter for colleagues across BKI.

About the job

BKI is a family-owned coffee company that you may already know from the supermarket. We have ambitions for our digital solutions and are ramping up the use of AI and automation.

You will be part of our IT team of eight people and will work with colleagues across the organization. Your tasks will include:

• get to know colleagues' workflows and needs
• find opportunities for automation, including by using AI
• develop, test and implement concrete solutions and follow up on whether they work in practice
• pilot new tools and assess when they create value

We often base our work on Microsoft's tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and Power Automate. But we are not tied to one platform. Our colleagues also use tools like ChatGPT and Claude, and we choose the solution that best fits the task.

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• are well underway with a relevant IT education, for example at Aarhus University or VIA
• have practical experience with AI tools and have built AI agents for concrete purposes
• have knowledge of or have worked with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio or Power Automate
• are curious about technology and follow developments in AI
• can speak and write Danish and communicate well in English

The most important thing is that you want to understand concrete needs, test ideas and bring good solutions to life. You don't need to know everything in advance, but you must be willing to learn and take responsibility.

Practical information

• Workplace: Søren Nymarks Vej 7, 8270 Højbjerg
• Working hours: 8–12 hours per week with flexibility around exams
• Employment form: Project-based employment until the end of your education
• Start: As soon as possible
