Exciting tasks within corporate restructuring and post-control of beneficial owners after completed restructurings and tax-free corporate reorganizations.
The unit US09 – Tax-free corporate reorganizations and restructuring is a unit in the Tax Administration under the Division of Dividend and corporate tax. We are a nationwide unit that works with tax-free restructurings of companies and tax-free corporate reorganisations. Furthermore, we work with post-control in both areas.
Your primary tasks

It is important for us that you as a student assistant feel motivated and can work independently, which is why we will continuously offer you more challenges in connection with your personal development.
Professionally interested in tax law
We imagine that you are pursuing a relevant social science education e.g. stud.oecon, stud.merc.jur., stud.merc.aud. stud.jur. You can be in either bachelor or master's degree. In addition, you have an interest in tax and administrative law. It is an advantage – but not a requirement – if you have had tax law elective courses.
As a person you are thorough and meticulous and work in a structured way. Since the job includes both telephone and written contact with customers, it is important that you are affable, service-minded, collaborative, and good at communicating in writing and speaking.
