Student job: Digitization & Data Consultant

Are you sharp at spotting manual workflows and want to learn to convert them into automated Power Platform flows? Who is Cand?

The student job

We are looking for two students for two parallel roles: one in the bids/quotations department and one in the administration. Both report to the CEO and their immediate supervisor in the respective department. The task in both tracks essentially involves digitizing and automating manual processes via Power Platform.

The thing that makes the roles special is the direct influence from day one, where you are involved in building the solutions from the ground up. If things go well, it opens up more digitization tasks and closer collaboration across the two tracks.

You thrive in the roles if you are structured, document your work clearly and are not afraid to seek help when you hit a wall.

Tasks

• Set up Power Automate flows
• Update and maintain data
• Map manual processes with a view to automation
• Automate various manual processes
• Identify and fix errors across the two departments' data flows
• Suggest new solutions in Power Apps and Power Automate

The company

Our partner is an established Danish company in the construction and civil engineering sector with around 150 employees and headquarters in Roskilde. The company handles tasks across the country, while a smaller administration sits in the building.

You will have close dialogue with the management about digitizing the company’s workflows, and you will have another Cand student to brainstorm with in daily work. Together you help shape how the company works digitally going forward - a rare opportunity for direct influence and visibility so early in your career. It gives you a solid footing and a huge head start in the job market compared to your fellow students.
