Student job in property management – Odense

Do you want a challenging, educational and attractive student job in property management? We are looking for an ambitious financial economics student (or similar) for our office in LEA Odense.

The position is ideal for you who at some point will go into an internship – with the possibility of starting an internship in January 2027 for 12 weeks.

About the job

As a student assistant at LEA Ejendomspartner in Odense you will primarily assist our property managers in their daily work.

You will gain insight into and experience with central tasks within property administration, including:

• Contact with residents and customers as well as handling of inquiries
• Administrative tasks in the operation of properties
• Bookkeeping, reconciliations and sending of dunning notices
• Ad hoc tasks in collaboration with the administrators

The list is not exhaustive. You will become part of a department and team where you will have a varied everyday life and ongoing responsibility in line with your development.

About you

• You are studying finance economics (or similar)
• You have an interest in property management
• You are structured, engaged and have initiative
• You thrive with customer contact and want to deliver good service
• You master English in writing and speaking (an advantage)
