The study job

The position sits at the intersection of quality, ISO and process optimization, with direct reference to the director and close sparring from the CFO and the current quality coordinator. Your first task is to review the existing procedures in their ISO system, interview employees and develop process descriptions. The goal is for the organization to be able to stand behind doing what they write.

What makes the role special is that from day one you work on a concrete task with a clear imprint, while there is a perspective that the role can develop into a full-time position when you are finished with your studies. After the first task with ISO 9001, the assignment opens up toward ISO 14001 environmental certification and formalized ESG reporting.

The role suits you, who are structured and detail-oriented and who thrive on gathering information from colleagues and turning it into clear documentation. You do not need to be an expert in ISO or sustainability before you start, as long as you are eager to learn it.

Tasks

• Review and revise existing ISO 9001 procedures
• Interview employees about current workflows and processes
• Develop process descriptions
• Participate in external audits with customers and suppliers across Denmark
• Prepare the company for external ISO 9001 recertification in May 2027
• Contribute to the upcoming ISO 14001 environmental certification
• Structure and formalize ESG reporting

The company

Our partner is an established Danish industrial company with headquarters in Hvidovre and departments in Skanderborg and Odense. The company is Danish-owned and has been in the market for several decades with a stable customer portfolio, where several are large international groups.

You will be attached to the office in Hvidovre, where you sit close to the management and the finance function. Work is cross-disciplinary between office, design and production, and you will be part of an environment where short decision paths and integrity carry heavy weight. The position provides a solid foundation for a career in quality management, process optimization, ISO and sustainability.
