Are you good with people, do you like contact with customers – and do you want a job with pace, where you get responsibility from the start?

Then there might be a place for you in our customer service team in Greve.

At Drinx, customer service is more than answering phones and emails. It is here we help customers, get orders in place and make everyday life hang together across sales, warehouse, transport and administration. The working hours are mainly in the afternoons on weekdays as well as in selected weekends and on holidays. We are flexible in planning and expect you to be as well.

And then there is extra pace from April to October. This is when festivals, city parties and many other summer events really get our customers' business going – and thus also ours.

What will you be doing?

You will become an important part of our customer service team, where you help our customers and work closely with colleagues in the rest of the company. Your tasks will include:

• Answer phone calls and emails from customers and help with their inquiries
• Receive and process orders
• Advise customers about our products and be good at spotting opportunities for upselling
• Help maintain master data
• Solve various administrative tasks
• Take responsibility for your tasks and ensure they are resolved
• Give our customers a good experience – every time

Some tasks are fixed. Others arise during the day. Therefore it is important that you can take action when needed and do what you have said you will do.

Who are you?

You don't need experience from an office – we'll teach you the systems and workflows.

The most important is that you

• Are approachable and good at talking to many different people
• Write good emails in a language everyone can understand
• Can keep overview when it's busy
• Want to learn new systems and work routines
• Are reliable and take responsibility for your tasks
• Can work independently and try to find solutions yourself
• Are motivated by sales and think it's natural to advise the customer about the possibilities we can offer

And we value colleagues who take their work seriously without necessarily taking themselves too seriously.

What do you get with us?
