With us you meet colleagues of all ages and professional groups: unskilled, Social- and Health Care Assistants, Social- and Health Care Helpers, nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists.

You will receive a thorough introduction, so you feel safe before you work independently.

What does the work consist of?

• Help residents with personal care.
• Take care of practical tasks such as meals, medicine, cleaning or dressing.
• Create safe relationships through presence, respect and good communication.
• Contribute to a daily life with care, structure and quality of life.
• Collaborate with colleagues, relatives and residents.
• Documentation in our care system.

You will become an important part of everyday life – and you will experience that your work makes a difference.

We are looking for you, who

• Have an interest in care and welfare.
• Can create relationships and communicate clearly.
• Thrive in familiar as well as unknown situations.
• Are stable, flexible and responsible.
• Have empathy, warmth and a desire to make a difference.
• Are proficient with IT.

Practical info

Working hours will be day and evening shifts.

Day shifts start at 7 and evening shifts usually at 15.

Work clothing will be provided.
