Substitute Shop Assistant in Padborg

Bentes Shop in Padborg is looking for a happy, service-minded and flexible shop assistant for our store at Torvegade 9-11.

We sell women's fashion in sizes 36-56 and place great emphasis on personal customer service, guidance and a cozy atmosphere in the store.

About the position

We are looking for a substitute who can step in as needed. There are no fixed or guaranteed hours, and the number of hours can therefore vary from week to week.

We are flexible regarding how the work is organized, and the job could potentially be shared between several substitutes.

The position may be ideal for you who want a flexible job alongside something else – for example as a flexible worker, early retiree, a pensioner or a disability pensioner .

The most important thing is that you are flexible and have the ability to step in when we need extra help in the shop – e.g. during holidays, illness, busy periods and customer events .

There will be opportunities for extra hours in connection with holidays, illness, Christmas shopping, customer evenings and other events.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Customer service and personal guidance
• Sale of women's clothing and accessories
• Help to customers with sizes, fit and styling
• Restocking and presentation of goods
• Cleaning up and general practical store tasks
• Contributing to keeping the shop inviting and presentable

We imagine that you

• Are positive, approachable and service-minded
• Are happy with customer contact and personal service
• Have an interest in women's fashion and styling
• Are flexible and can pitch in when it’s busy
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Thrive with both sales and the practical tasks in a shop

Experience from retail or the fashion industry is an advantage, but not a requirement. For us, your personality, attitude and willingness to provide good customer service are at least as important.
