We are a family of 3, seeking a flexible and caring employee.

The family consists of a mother and her two boys aged 4 and 6.

The boys are two wonderful brothers who, together with their mother, form a family with lots of love, energy and personality.

They are both curious about the world around them and enjoy being active, exploring new things and spending time with the people they feel safe with.

Younger brother experiences the world with great intensity and needs adults around him who can help create structure, calm and predictability in everyday life.

He approaches life with great curiosity and energy and thrives best when the surroundings are clear and familiar.

Older brother is a caring and helpful big brother who contributes warmth, willingness to cooperate and consideration.

He values clarity and honesty and thrives in relationships where there is trust and mutual understanding.

We enjoy being active together and, among other things, spend time in Hermans Cave, where there is room for play, movement and good experiences.

What we all share is a wish for a daily life with more calm, energy and good moments together, where both children and mother can thrive.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone who can become an important support for the family when the need arises.

Your workday begins with you all taking older brother to school, after which you drive younger brother and mother to kindergarten.

After kindergarten you spend a few hours with mother and younger brother, where you focus on conversations and practical tasks until you pick up older brother from school.

A key part of the role is to help with structure, predictability and conflict management, as well as contributing to daily life being manageable for the whole family.

You will not only be a support for the children, but also a partner for the mother, who carries a large daily responsibility.

Having a driving licence and your own car is a prerequisite for the position, and you must be willing to use your car for work, as part of the task involves driving to and from institutions together with the family.

You will naturally be compensated for driving related to the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a driving licence and own car.
• Familiar with autism and ADHD
• Are caring, robust and patient
• Can create structure and keep calm in pressured situations
• Are good at meeting children where they are
• Want to collaborate closely with the family
• Can talk with parents about the challenges and concerns that can accompany family life
• Are not frightened by a daily life that isn’t always predictable

We are primarily looking for a flexible person with a good heart.

• Shifts: Could be every weekday from 07:30 – 13:30
