About the position

As health-care professional coordinator you will be a central key person in our organization, which consists of 3 separate departments under the same management. You will be responsible for supporting the health-care quality and ensuring that legislation, instructions and applicable requirements are translated into a practice that makes sense for both citizens and employees.

The position requires a good overview, strong organizational abilities and a desire to work systematically with quality assurance. If you enjoy structure, annual cycles, follow-ups and checklists, you will likely feel at home with us.

Your responsibilities

You will among other things have responsibility for

• coordinating and supporting the health-care work at the facility
• ensuring high quality in the health-care documentation practice
• supporting employees in working with the 12 nursing-professional problem areas
• ensuring correct handling of medicine, including medication dosing and updates in FMK
• filling out and maintaining mandatory health-care forms
• developing, structuring and maintaining annual cycles so that health-care actions and requirements are systematically and timely followed up throughout the year
• ensuring a structured and targeted preparation, implementation and maintenance of local instructions
• translating instructions, legislation and guidelines into concrete workflows and practice-oriented solutions
• conducting follow-ups, self-inspections and quality reviews
• supporting and guiding employees to meet current health-care requirements
• collaborating with general practitioners, hospitals, psychiatry, pharmacies and other health-care partners
• reporting to management on status, follow-ups and development areas within the health- and medicine-related area
• planning and conducting smaller training and guidance sessions for the staff group as needed

We are looking for someone who

• is educated as a nurse or has another relevant health-care education
• works in a structured, systematic and responsible way
• has a natural sense of order, follow-up and quality assurance
• thrives with checklists, procedures and documentation
• has experience with or knowledge of Nexus
• has experience with the 12 nursing-professional problem areas
• has experience with medication handling, medication dosing and FMK
• has insight into health-care documentation and current legislation
• can read, understand and work with health-care terminology
• is willing to thoroughly learn our instructions and quality requirements
• can create engagement and support colleagues in their professional development
• has good collaboration and communication skills

Salary and employment conditions

Salary is set on the basis of the applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented work experience and your professional and personal qualifications.
