As a Supervisor you will be the link between the workshop technicians and TCR’s customers at the airport. Your primary task is to organize the day-to-day so that the daily operation and servicing of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) runs on schedule and to the highest standard.

You will have personnel responsibility for a team of 8-12 skilled technicians, where you both lead, allocate and also participate in tasks in the workshop. You will be part of a strong supervisor team and report directly to the company’s Country Operation Manager.

your responsibilities

• Allocation of tasks, quality assurance of completed work and coaching of employees
• Create, manage and execute orders digitally via tablet and PC
• Ensure that the right skills, materials and tools are always available
• Close dialogue with the planner and customers regarding task status as well as preparation of offers
• Take the lead in safety standards, conduct safety rounds and foster a positive work environment

your profile and background

As a leader you are passionate about motivating your team and building a strong sense of community. You have experience with workshop or production management and thrive in a dynamic airport environment where you deliver world-class service. You are a visible, responsible and structured leader who leads by example. You maintain composure in hectic situations and ensure compliance with applicable rules.

You are a trained mechanic (e.g., in heavy transport, aviation or agricultural machinery) with strong skills in electricity, hydraulics and pneumatics. You can advise and brainstorm with both customers and technicians at a high professional level. You maintain a broad overview in the workshop, but also enjoy deep involvement in administrative tasks behind the screen.

You speak and write fluent Danish and English, hold a B driving license and preferably have experience with SAP. It is also required that you have a clean criminal record.
