The job that is available is at one of Denmark's most beautiful locations, therefore no day is the same and as the place is constantly changing, the tasks as supervisor will also require you to have an overview, listen to the customer and organize the work together with the operations manager based on fixed cleaning schedules.

The job description

You are the playing coach who leads by example, so the job is a combination of management and control of tasks as well as an executing role. You report daily to a group of employees who know the tasks well, but there will be tasks that arise spontaneously and tasks that change in line with the venue's layout. The job is very practically oriented, and a large part of the job is cleaning.

The perfect supervisor

We expect that you have experience with cleaning, and preferably several different cleaning methods/devices and you thrive both working alone, but also being a pronounced team player.

In addition, you must be able to communicate in Danish and English.
