Reblade is a Danish technology company founded in 2020, developing autonomous drone-

based robotic systems for leading edge repair of wind turbine blades.

We design, develop, manufacture and test our own technology, combining mechanical

engineering, electronics, software and robotics.

operators, universities and technology partners across Europe.

We are strengthening our supply chain and purchasing capabilities.

About the position

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to take responsibility for purchasing, supplier

management, inventory coordination and procurement cost control.

You will work closely with our engineering, production and finance teams to ensure that

components and materials are available when needed, suppliers meet our requirements, and

purchasing costs remain under control.

The position combines operational purchasing with supplier development, cost analysis and

process improvement.

Key responsibilities

Purchasing and supplier management

• Manage purchasing activities, including RFQs, purchase orders, order confirmations and delivery

follow-up.

• Identify, evaluate and qualify suppliers based on quality, cost, lead time and delivery performance.
• Negotiate prices, commercial terms and supplier agreements.
• Maintain supplier records, purchasing documentation and performance evaluations.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, including delivery delays, incorrect shipments and quality concerns.

Inventory and supply chain coordination

• Coordinate material requirements with engineering and production teams.
• Monitor stock levels, reorder points and material availability.
• Support purchasing planning for prototype development, testing and production activities.
• Identify supply chain risks and propose alternative suppliers or sourcing solutions.

Cost control and administration

• Maintain purchasing cost overviews, spending reports and supplier price comparisons.
• Monitor purchasing budgets and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Coordinate invoice verification, purchase order matching and payment follow-up with finance.
• Support the development and implementation of purchasing procedures and supply chain processes.

Your profile

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain management.
• Experience working with suppliers, quotations, purchase orders and delivery coordination.
• Understanding of procurement cost control, supplier pricing and commercial negotiations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
