Sushi cook wanted for Restaurant Katsura

Restaurant Katsura is seeking a skilled and dedicated sushi chef for our restaurant at Frederikssundsvej 308, 2700 Brønshøj.

We are looking for an employee who has an interest in sushi and Japanese cooking, and who wishes to be part of a professional and good kitchen team.

Your main tasks will include

• Preparation of sushi, sashimi, maki and other Japanese-inspired dishes
• Preparation and handling of fish, rice, vegetables and other ingredients
• Ensuring high quality and attractive presentation of the dishes
• Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations
• Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and work area
• Cooperation with the restaurant's other employees

We expect that you

• Have experience with sushi or Asian cuisine
• Are quality-conscious and careful
• Can work efficiently, even when it is busy
• Are stable, responsible and cooperative
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
