About Team Rødby

We are an engaged home care team that every day makes a difference for the citizens in Rødby and the surrounding areas. Our workday takes us far and wide, from town to countryside, and we increasingly know both the short cuts and the roads that the GPS still thinks are faster.

In Team Rødby, community, professionalism and good humor are important ingredients in daily life. We help each other, share knowledge and believe that the best solutions are created together. There is room to breathe, space for laughter, and at the same time great respect for the professional task we perform for the citizens.

We work according to the new Elder Law principles of holistic care, presence, quality and citizen involvement. At the same time we have a rehabilitative approach, where we support citizens to master as much as possible themselves and maintain an active and meaningful everyday life.

With us you will become part of a team that is ambitious in its professionalism, but which also knows that a good day at work becomes even better with helpful colleagues, a bit of humor along the way and a shared belief that we succeed best when we pull together.
