Hareskovbo is located in beautiful surroundings, close to Bagsværd Lake. The house consists of two departments with three living groups in each. Here lives in total 83 residents - all with individual needs and resources. We are a house in constant development. We focus on high quality in care as well as a respectful and good environment for the residents.

The Danish Safety Authority (Styrelsen for Patientsikkerhed) has at the latest inspection rated Hareskovbo in the category "No problems of significance for patient safety" and a relative in autumn 2024 had a letter published in Berlingske describing Hareskovbo as "Denmark's perhaps best nursing home." The new elder care inspection in spring 2026 assessed Hareskovbo as follows: Nursing home Hareskovbo shows overall good quality. The Elderly Care Inspectorate assesses that there are no major challenges with the quality of holistic care. All indicators are met.

We expect that

• You are a Danish authorized nurse - preferably with geriatric or acute experience
• You understand how to meet people with different needs and can handle complex nursing tasks
• You naturally take responsibility for lifting both health and social care tasks in the evenings and you are able to prioritize and assess acute tasks
• You have a positive and open approach to the work, and understand how to be a role model
• You like working independently, and have an appreciative approach to collaboration around a professional effort for each resident
• You as the person in charge carry the management's decisions forward during the evening shift and participate in the development, implementation and improvement of measures with new workflows, guidelines and relevant documentation
