Do you want a job in municipal nursing where you can really feel that you make a difference through your work? - then we need you in the Alssund district in Sønderborg Municipality. We are located in the former library on Kongevej in the center of Sønderborg city.

We are seeking a nurse for a maternity leave cover who can support our collaboration with the municipality's citizens on their wishes for a good and meaningful life. As a nurse with us, you will have many good colleagues, influence, and the opportunity to use your professional skills. The maternity leave vacancy will be for about 1 year.

Who are we?

We are a nursing group of 25 nurses who work with exciting nursing tasks. We are divided into teams, each covering a part of the district. Together with our colleagues in home care, we work cross-professionally based on the citizen's goals and dreams, as well as the rehabilitative efforts.

We are a workplace with good flexibility and teams that work well together. We are constantly working to ensure that the well-being of our workplace is as high as possible. We are good at helping each other and have a strong focus on carrying out tasks together. We share a building with the municipality's Emergency Team, Substance Abuse Center and a part of social psychiatry, with whom we have a good collaboration.

What are we looking for?

• We are looking for you who is a trained nurse and who is motivated to become a permanent part of our team.
• We work every 4th weekend, and it will be primarily day shifts with a few evening shifts
• You will participate in the daily operations in the on-site teams.

The position is as of 1 November 2026, or by agreement.

• You have authorization as a nurse
• Have broad clinical experience or a strong desire to acquire such
• Thrive with a high degree of independence in citizens' homes or our clinics
• Contributes to a good and healthy working environment
• Thrive in working with a broad citizen group, and can see the resources in each person
• Passionate about interdisciplinary work with focus on high professionalism, dialogue and feedback

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and DSR.

The weekly working time will be 37 hours/week or as agreed with you.
