Nurse (clinical supervisor) for neurological inpatient ward, Neurology, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy, Regional Hospital Gødstrup

You will be a clinical supervisor for about half of your working time and for the rest of the time a nurse in a neurological ward.

In clinical supervision you will enter into a partnership with another nurse, with whom you share the responsibility.

We are currently working with a learning zone, where our vision is to create a special learning environment for students, interns, and newly employed staff in the department across disciplines. You will be a central part of this work, which takes place in close collaboration with other professional groups’ supervisors as well as our nurse responsible for introduction/training and others with educational/development responsibility.

If you do not already have the supervisor education, we offer it.

In the other working time you will gain valuable knowledge about neurology, which is a varied specialty with both short, acute courses and somewhat longer hospital stays.

We need you who have a big nursing heart and pedagogical ambitions – then we will help you on the way in relation to the actual specialty.

It is a permanent full-time position in mixed shifts.

You should expect shifts roughly every 3rd weekend.
