About the job

Are you passionate about creating structure, coherence, and high professional quality in complex citizen journeys? Do you have an interest in the elderly and dementia field, and are you motivated by combining nursing professionalism with responsibility, development, and interdisciplinary collaboration? Then you might be the nurse we are looking for at Røjleparken.

At Røjleparken you will be part of an engaged and professionally ambitious team, where we work together to create safe, meaningful, and dignified everyday life for our residents. Here you will have the opportunity to put your profession into practice close to the citizens and at the same time contribute to the continued development of quality in care.

With the most beautiful view over Holmegaard Mose and the historic glassworks, Røjleparken is scenically situated in Fensmark. The nursing home consists of 27 residences and 4 temporary places spread across four smaller houses, which together create a home-like and close living-environment. The scent of homemade meals and the close community are a natural part of everyday life.

Røjleparken is part of District North-West in Næstved Municipality and is part of a cluster with both nursing homes and home care in Herlufmagle and Fensmark. We are about 35 employees distributed across several professional groups, including social- and health care assistants, social- and health helpers, nurses, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, educator and kitchen staff, all contributing to a strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

We are seeking a nurse with start date January 1, 2027—preferably earlier. With us you will have the opportunity to make a real difference for some of the municipality’s most vulnerable citizens, while becoming part of a workplace characterized by professionalism, trust, development, and presence.

  • have a fixed nurse as substitute during holidays and absence
  • participate in tasks in our newly established nursing clinic during illness and holiday
  • engage in close cooperation with the nursing home’s permanent on-site doctor, who is present once a month
  • work weekends every 3 weeks

Your primary tasks are to

  • conduct clinical assessments and systematic follow-up with residents with dementia
  • coordinate and ensure coherent citizen journeys in collaboration with relatives, general practitioners, hospitals, and other partners
  • document and quality-assure treatment and care
  • contribute to competence development and professional sparring with social and health personnel
  • contribute to the development of frameworks, content and operations in the nursing interventions at the nursing home
  • support a daily life and professional practice that is based on the citizen’s needs, resources and quality of life

We offer

  • a position with great professional responsibility and a high degree of autonomy
  • opportunity to influence the nursing professional development
  • a strong interdisciplinary collaboration with nurses, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, social- and health personnel as well as the nursing home’s permanent on-site doctor
  • freedom with responsibility
  • flexibility in daily life
  • a workplace focused on high professional standards, collaboration and development
  • daily life where your efforts make a noticeable difference for some of our most vulnerable citizens

We are looking for you who

  • work in a structured and independent manner and can maintain overview in an unpredictable daily life
  • are eager to develop and lift nursing practice together with your colleagues
