We are looking for engaged nurses with clinical supervisor training who want to play a central role in ensuring meaningful and educational study programs in municipal nursing.

As a clinical supervisor you will become an important part of a strong professional community, where we together work to give our students the best conditions for their education.

We are currently receiving students from the 4th, 6th and 7th semesters – and we are continually developing. Therefore we are looking for you who want to join a journey where we together shape the future clinical learning environment.

About the position

We are looking for three clinical supervisors so we have supervisors in all our home care teams.

You will have good opportunities to

• Shape and plan the students’ daily progress
• Delve into one semester's learning objectives and build strong supervision processes
• Have influence on the development of the supervisor role and the organization going forward.

We are in the process of shaping how best to organize supervision – for example it could involve greater responsibility for the individual supervisor or a coordinating function. It will be a process you will have the opportunity to influence together with your future colleagues.

You will be as a municipal visiting nurse with a clinical supervisor function

• Become part of a dedicated group of clinical supervisors
• Be closely linked to one of the home care teams
• Be part of holistic care and daily practice
• Supervise, inspire and motivate students in their encounter with municipal nursing
• Help introduce upcoming colleagues to an exciting field in development – in line with the Elderly Care Act and the upcoming health reform
• Perform complex nursing in the citizen's own home
• Coordinate programs with GPs, hospitals and internal partners
• Participate in regular structured teaching by our resource team and others
• Be part of sparring and professional guidance of colleagues in the team
• Collaborate closely in multidisciplinary teams consisting of assistants, aides, unskilled workers, therapists and assessors
• In time participate in discharges and discharge conferences at hospitals and the municipality's short-term placements.

The positions are 37 hours in daytime, but we are open to other working hours. Weekend shifts are planned every 4th weekend and a few public holiday shifts.

Typical meeting time is 7:30–15:00, some days 7:00–15:00.

Who are we

We are a nursing group of about 40 employees distributed across day, evening and night shifts. We work in six fixed cross-disciplinary day teams and two evening teams. This provides:

• High continuity for citizens
• Strong relationships within the team
• Shorter travel times
• Close sparring and shared responsibility for citizen pathways.

We have resource persons in continence, wounds, nutrition and ostomy, who work closely with the visiting nurses and the nursing coordination. Additionally, we have a nursing clinic with fixed nurses.

In the multidisciplinary teams we meet daily for triage and weekly for professional meetings, citizen-focused meetings and cross-disciplinary gatherings. We also collaborate closely with general practitioners, hospitals, dietitians, and more.

Hiring process and salary

The hiring date is December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible.

We conduct interviews as we receive applications.

The position is typically 37 hours and a permanent position.

Application deadline: October 20, 2026.

We offer salary and employment terms according to the municipal nurses' agreement.

Employment follows the principles of local salary setting and in agreement with the negotiating organization.

The salary range for the position is DKK 38,312.78 – 52,582.66 per month before pension for full-time employment (37 hours per week).

The final salary is set after negotiation between the employer and the trade organization that has the right to negotiate in the relevant collective agreement area. Salary depends among other things on your education, documented seniority and qualifications.
