Then we are looking for a nurse for the Korttidspladserne in Ballerup for the evening shift, always Monday and Tuesday and Friday, Saturday and Sunday every other week
At the Korttidspladserne in Ballerup, we work every day to create safe, coherent and meaningful processes for citizens who need care, treatment and rehabilitation after a hospital stay.
A job with professionalism, responsibility and influence
As a nurse you will become an important part of a multidisciplinary team, where nursing, rehabilitation and the citizen's own goals go hand in hand.
You will encounter a broad and exciting group of citizens with medical, geriatric, neurological and orthopedic-surgical challenges.
You will have the opportunity to

- Have an overview of citizens' current condition and respond to changes and acute situations
- Prioritize and delegate nursing tasks based on the citizens' needs and complexity
- Be a professional sparring partner for colleagues and contribute to strong interdisciplinary collaboration
As the evening nurse you will play a central role in creating an overview and ensuring that the shift runs safely and structured. You must be able to prioritize tasks, coordinate the efforts around the citizens and make independent clinical decisions – also when changes occur during the shift.
In other words, you will have responsibility, professional challenges and the opportunity to make a concrete difference for the individual citizen.
We are looking for someone who is
- A trained nurse with Danish authorization and a minimum of 2 years' experience with an interest in complex citizen pathways
- Independent, responsible and strong in clinical assessments
- Have a sense of clinical leadership and can coordinate and prioritize tasks during the shift
- Can maintain an overview and create structure – also when acute or unforeseen situations arise
- Structured, detail-oriented and good at interdisciplinary collaboration
- Present, curious and development-oriented with good overview.
What you get with us
- Thorough introduction, opportunity for a mentor program, competence development and ongoing professional development
- GRUS, 1-1 conversations and opportunity to influence workflows and professional practice
- Desire plan and flexible working hours with the possibility of 37 hours or fewer
- Strong interdisciplinary community with a focus on well-being, development and collaboration.
- Friday bar focusing on coziness and a sense of community with your colleagues
Who we are
We are around 50 staff – nurses, social and health care assistants, physiotherapists and occupational therapists who work closely together on citizens' pathways.
We believe the best solutions are created in collaboration.
Our value base is built on professionalism, community and curiosity.
We have high ceilings, help each other in a busy daily life and also have room for humor and a good laugh. At the same time, we are a workplace in development. This means you will have the opportunity to influence how we work and help shape the future health and care beds.
We are moving toward something new
Korttidspladserne currently consists of 26 beds at Lindehaven and 8 -12 beds at Hold-an Vej.
As of January 1, 2027, the beds at Lindehaven will transfer to regional health and care beds, and your employment will henceforth be anchored in the region.
This gives us a unique opportunity to help develop new workflows and collaborations.
We are therefore looking for a colleague who wants to join the journey – but also to put their professional imprint on it.
Until the transition, you as a nurse can have ad hoc tasks at Hold-an Vej, where we receive stable and ready-for-discharge citizens who are waiting for housing or other measures before discharge.
