At Baunehøj Care Home we all work with a person-centered focus, so that we always ensure high professionalism with respect for the individual resident, their lived life and unique life history.

As a nurse, you will have the daily clinical nursing responsibility for both the clinical part and the documentation around the residents in a community with other nurses, as well as be able to go in-depth with the individual person who lives here, in relationship work.

Together with three other nurses and a development nurse, you will have professional sparring at a high level and the opportunity to perform holistic nursing, including personal hygiene. Basic, acute, instrumental nursing as well as palliation are part of everyday life at Baunehøj Care Home.

We want a colleague who with their knowledge and competences will help raise professionalism and the good care trajectory as well as the cooperation with relatives.

It requires that you can see yourself in a larger context, understand the importance of citizen-centered nursing and have an understanding of the importance of communication and documentation.

The position is desired to be filled from 1 December 2026 and very preferably earlier, if possible.

The position is preferably 37-hour day shift; other arrangements can be made with weekend off. We offer

• Have clinical experience, and preferably within geriatrics and palliation, home care, nursing homes, cardiology, lung medicine or other relevant areas that could contribute to development.
