About us

Herlevgård Center (HGC) is a house with 53 residents with different needs, 26 residents have a diagnosis of severe dementia. That also means that no day is exactly the same. We work, among other things, with dementia and complex resident journeys and are in the process of implementing the Elderly Act, so we are in the midst of an exciting professional development at HGC.

We want to contribute to a culture where it is completely natural to pause and ask each other questions. We will become more skilled together.

You will have the opportunity to put your own mark on the position and help develop the nursing professional approach at HGC, in cooperation with the current colleagues and our colleagues in the interdisciplinary collaboration and in administration. There is an opportunity for sparring with colleagues in the Holistic Care and in our Acute Team.

The position is as a rule full-time, but it can be agreed down to 32 hours per week. By default the position is arranged without fixed evening shifts, weekends and holidays. However, we are a nursing home that is always in operation, and therefore there may be a need for you to come in and cover the core task.

Salary and employment

Employment and pay are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the principles for new pay.

Herlev Municipality has smoke-free working hours.
