We are a team currently consisting of 6 night shifts

• 1 nurse; from January there will be 2 nurses each night
• 5 social and healthcare helpers/assistants
• Capable unskilled relief staff, who form an important part of the team

We operate from Markedspladsen in Herning and cover the entire Herning Municipality. At night we work closely together and ensure safe, coherent and holistic nursing care. Holistic care at night means we look at the citizen's whole situation – not only the acute need. We assess, prevent, follow up on ongoing processes and create calm and stability at home, so that the day after also becomes better. We are seeking a nurse for a permanent night shift

You will become part of a strong and experienced night shift team, where everyone contributes to an overview, quality and safety. As a nurse you are an important professional support and help ensure that citizens receive holistic nursing care – also during the night hours. Your tasks

• Nursing assessments and acute interventions
• Safety-promoting visits to citizens across the municipality
• Holistic nursing care with a focus on continuity and follow-up
• Collaboration with day shift, evening shift and other partners
• Professional sparring and support to colleagues on the night shift
• Documentation and follow-up in Cura

Working hours and employment

• Permanent night shift
• 37 hours or as agreed
• Starting no later than December 1, 2026
• Salary according to applicable collective agreement
• Requirements - Authorization as a nurse and category B driving license
• Criminal record must be presented upon employment
