Your everyday life You will become part of one of our F-ACT teams (Flexible Assertive Community Treatment) , where we provide intensive outpatient psychiatric treatment to patients with diagnoses within the psychosis spectrum and patients with non-psychotic conditions and low functioning. The team provides treatment for residents of Gentofte and Lyngby-Taarbæk municipality. You will join a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, recovery mentors, secretaries and social workers, with whom you will be in close contact, and where there is always an opportunity for sparring.

You will become part of an improvement culture, where we strive to create more value for the patients. In everyday life, this means that you, in collaboration with your colleagues, will focus on systematically improving the quality of work, the necessary competence development, and the efficiency of our workflows based on the patients’ needs and wishes.

Over the coming years we will implement a new integrated treatment offer for patients with dual diagnoses (mental illness and concurrent substance use problems). • You are an experienced nurse and preferably have a relevant further education
• You preferably have experience from work with patients who have mental illnesses and concurrent substance use problems
• You are good at collaborating, as you will be working closely with the multidisciplinary team to tailor pathways for the patients

Who we are Ambulatorium Gladsaxe is part of the Psychiatric Center Ballerup, which is a center with about 750 employees. The ambulatory is organized with 2 F-ACT teams and 1 housing team. The treatment of patients is carried out in close cooperation with relatives, caseworkers and job centers, etc. The treatment is anchored in the cognitive reference framework and a recovery-oriented mindset.

Salary and employment terms The position is 37 hours per week with start on December 1, 2026.

The position requires a driving license, as we have a field service and make home visits.

We provide electric cars, but we also welcome bicycles.

You are employed under the agreement for non-supervisory staff in the Health Cartel's area. You are during the employment covered by the applicable working time agreement concluded between the Regions’ Payroll and Tariff Board and the Danish Nurses Organization.

The ambulatory is open during daytime hours Monday-Friday. As a newly employed nurse you will, moreover, be attached to a specific 24-hour unit, where you join the on-call work on Saturdays and Sundays every 6 weeks. We will of course ensure that you are well prepared for the task. This is done through an individual introductory program, knowledge sharing and sparring with colleagues. And it is done through ongoing competence development based on your experiences and needs.
