In your role as a nurse you will

• Be responsible for care and treatment processes for complex residents
• Have a daily life where you communicate in an affirming way with residents, relatives and colleagues – even in busy times.
• Work in a value-driven workplace where warmth, well-being and community create a good culture, where the individual person is always the focus
• Be a role model, help, guide and instruct, and participate in
• Support and guide the social and health care assistants so that all competencies are utilized optimally
• Work with quality assurance, professional development and implementation of new initiatives
• Actively participate in development projects and cross-disciplinary collaborations
• Be able to spar with the other nurses

About Riis Friplejehjem

Riis is a lively and homely place with 40 elderly care apartments spread over 2 floors, where staff work every day to create a meaningful and secure everyday life for the residents.

We have a large hall for joint activities, where the activity staff organizes various activities to the delight of the home’s residents. Volunteers and the circle of friends also play an active role in daily life, and meals are prepared in the home’s own production kitchen.
