Nurses sought for the Nursing Service Esbjerg Midt

The Esbjerg Midt Nursing Service is seeking a nurse for a permanent position and a nurse for a one-year temporary position as of December 1, 2026.

The positions are 37 hours per week. Other hours or a different start date can be requested. You will work primarily day shifts and weekends every 4 weeks, where you have the option to choose between a fixed or flexible weekend rotation.

As part of the team your tasks will include…

• Complex and acute nursing tasks for citizens in their own homes and in nursing clinics – including collaboration with hospitals, general practitioners, emergency teams, etc.
• Conduct nursing assessments and evaluations
• Ensure coordination, continuity and coherence in complex care pathways
• Early detection and prevention of illness
• Rehabilitative nursing with focus on citizen's self-management
• Contribute to ensuring good professional documentation

Salary and terms of employment are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, including the current provisions on local pay formation. Furthermore, after a concrete assessment, qualification and/or position allowances can be agreed depending on the contents of the position and your experience and qualifications.

The Esbjerg Midt Nursing consists of 36 nurses delivering nursing to citizens in their own homes, in nursing clinics and in nursing homes in Esbjerg city center. The nursing service is a self-referring monofagile unit with a focus on high professionalism and interdisciplinary collaboration. We are part of a dynamic organization and thus help shape and develop municipal nursing - including establishing new collaboration interfaces with hospitals and general practitioners as well as ongoing task shifting from hospital to municipality. We also have a strong focus on ongoing competence development.
