Nurses for the Citizen's Permanent Team in District Lindholm

In District Lindholm we are organized into teams that provide care and treatment to citizens in a geographically defined area in Nørresundby. Here we help each other solve the core task in the nursing clinic, in the citizen's home and in nursing homes.

We are a team of nurses, social and healthcare assistants, and social and health helpers who really want to and work for interdisciplinary collaboration. On the team we also have, among others, a rehabilitation coach, coordinators, a quality professional as well as a planner and coordinating nurse.

A little about the position

The positions are generally 37 hours, but the number of hours is negotiable – if you want part-time employment

Weekend shifts every 4th weekend

The positions are primarily daytime shifts.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement between KL and DSR.

Prior to final employment, a criminal record certificate must be provided and references obtained.
