At Plejehjemmet Falkenberg we are increasing staffing to create more time for presence, care and high quality for the individual resident. Therefore we are seeking engaged and caring nurses for both day and evening shifts.

We are looking for 1 nurse for day shift of 37 hours per week with work every fourth weekend and 2 nurses for evening shifts of 30–37 hours in a 7-7- or 5-2- shift pattern with work every other weekend.

We are mid-implementation of the new elderly care act, where holistic care, trust, professional autonomy and the resident’s self-determination are at the center. With us you will have the opportunity to use your clinical competencies broadly, make independent professional decisions and contribute to cohesive pathways based on the individual resident’s life story, needs and wishes.

You will become an important part of the day or evening at Falkenberg and help create security, continuity and joy of life for people including those with dementia and other functional impairments. The tasks range from care, treatment and clinical nursing interventions to presence, activities and interdisciplinary coordination.

About Plejehjemmet Falkenberg

Falkenberg is located in Apperup/Ålsgårde, surrounded by green areas. Here 74 residents live spread over six housing units, and our day center takes in about 21 users daily. We are about 100 employees who every day work to create the best possible everyday life for residents and users.

We work based on the values of Helsingør Municipality and translate them into concrete actions in daily life.

• Start: As soon as possible or by agreement
