Tax Manager

On behalf of our client RÖDL we are seeking a TAX MANAGER who will work broadly with taxation in a strong professional and international environment. You will be responsible for advisory, compliance and quality assurance and become part of a growing tax area with good opportunities for professional development and influence.

As TAX MANAGER at RÖDL you will have a varied daily routine with responsibility for a wide range of tax-related issues. You work independently on advisory, compliance and quality assurance and at the same time maintain close contact with clients, auditors and colleagues in the tax department.

You will, among other things, be responsible for

• prepare and review taxable income determinations for companies
• conduct compliance reviews and quality-check the auditors' tax-related work
• identify and assess tax risks and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws
• advise on corporate taxation and international tax matters
• conduct tax due diligence and advise in connection therewith
• spar with auditors and other colleagues on tax-related issues
• advise clients based on their specific needs and circumstances.

You will become part of RÖDL's tax department and report to the responsible partner for tax. You will join a small, specialized team with close professional sparring and natural collaboration across tax and audit. At the same time you will be part of RÖDL's international organization, where knowledge sharing and cross-border collaboration across countries is increasingly important.

Broad experience in tax advisory

We imagine that you have a relevant educational background such as cand.merc.aud., cand.merc.jur, cand.jur. or equivalent and have built up several years of experience in tax advisory, preferably from an auditing firm, a tax advisory firm or the Tax Administration. You work confidently in both Danish and English and are proficient with IT and relevant digital systems. Knowledge of German is an advantage, as RÖDL has close relations to its headquarters in Germany and close collaboration across the international organization.
