About you

You are a qualified teacher and want to work with children who need clear adults, strong relationships and safe learning environments. We value that you are passionate about your subjects, actively contribute to team collaboration and want to work closely with colleagues, pedagogues, families and cross-disciplinary partners. Experience with special pedagogy is an advantage, but most important is your desire to learn, reflect and develop practice together with others.

The position is a fixed full-time position at Overgården. As a starting point you will have your hours consolidated around one group following the few-teachers principle.

About us

Overgården is Egtved School's special unit for pupils with socio-emotional challenges. The department consists of about 45 pupils and 18 teachers and pedagogues. The pupils are organized into five groups, four groups are located at Egtved School, and the Beta group is an Outdoor School for pupils with extended special educational needs.

We work in a learning-oriented way with high professional standards, well-being and formation. Our core task is to strengthen pupils' learning, development and participation in communities.

The teaching is built on dialogue, clear frameworks and inclusive learning environments where all pupils have the opportunity to participate and develop academically and personally.

With us you will become part of a close professional community where we plan, spar and develop the teaching together. We prioritize well-being, presence and an open-door culture, where you have colleagues and leadership close at hand in everyday life.

Terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment according to current collective agreement. This is a fixed full-time position with start on 1 December 2026.
