About the job

Do you want to create coherence, quality and a sense of security for both citizens and colleagues in a daily life where no day is the same?

For Hjælp i Hjemmet in Vamdrup we are looking for a team coordinator who is passionate about shift planning, route planning and coordination with a focus on professionalism and collaboration.

Hjælp i Hjemmet

Kolding Municipality has gathered the field nursing and care under Hjælp i Hjemmet. Vamdrup is one of 12 districts, each with a district manager, two team coordinators and about 50 employees. Nurses, social and health care assistants (SOSU) and unskilled staff who help citizens who need assistance under the Social Services Act, Health Act and the Elderly Act.

Vamdrup is a district with many citizens in a relatively small geographical area, and therefore we have many cycling routes. We live in Lindely in the middle of Vamdrup, where we are in the process of optimizing and renovating our premises. We also have our own district nurse clinic.

What do we expect from you?

As a team coordinator you will be a central part of daily life in the district. You create structure, overview and contribute to a workplace with high professionalism, good collaboration and a focus on citizens’ quality of life.

You will be an important support for both employees and the district manager, where you play a key role in planning, coordination and development of our work processes.

We are looking for you who

  • have a nursing education

In addition, it is an advantage if you

  • have experience with shift and route planning
  • have worked in Nexus and/or Optima
  • work in a structured way and can maintain an overview in a busy daily life
  • meet both citizens and colleagues with presence, respect and a smile

In return we can offer you

  • an exciting and meaningful job where you help create the framework for citizens to live the life they want
  • a job where there is a focus on relationships, trust and professionalism
  • great influence through your structure and planning
  • a broad collaboration surface both in Vamdrup and across Hjælp i Hjemmet
  • professional challenges and opportunities for both personal and professional development
  • engaged colleagues and a skilled district manager who has a joint focus on both well-being, the working environment and citizens’ happiness

In Kolding Municipality we work with the citizen at the center – and in the Senior, Health and Leisure Administration we have chosen to make it concrete with the vision:

Self-worth and coherence in everything we say and do.

It is a vision you must fulfill by always having behavior that reflects the administration's five rules of conduct:

  • Speak a language everyone understands
  • Everything within your radar is your responsibility
  • The citizen's plan/agreement
  • Put the community to use
  • Meet the citizen

We see the citizen as a whole person. Therefore we ask questions rather than giving answers – and we find good solutions together with the citizen. And because we use our professionalism and collaborate across, we can create the best framework for the citizen’s life.
