Din rolle som teamleader

As a Team Leader at Bilka you will be responsible for the daily leadership in your team. You will play a central role in ensuring efficient operations, development of employees and creating an inclusive culture. You will work closely with management and other departments to ensure the team meets Bilka's standards and goals. You will have the daily responsibility for the team’s – primarily weekly – part-time employees. We want to prioritise our youth initiative even more in the future.

• Hiring, onboarding and development of employees.
• Planning and follow-up on operating routines and key figures.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and product quality.
