Your role as team leader

As Team Leader at Bilka, you are responsible for the daily leadership of your team. You will play a central role in ensuring efficient operations, development of employees, and creating an inclusive culture. You will work closely with management and other departments to ensure the team meets Bilka's standards and goals. You will have the daily responsibility for the team’s – primarily the weekly – part-time employees. We especially want to further prioritize our youth initiative in the future.

Your responsibilities include

• Daily management and active participation in the Food department
• Recruitment, onboarding and development of employees.
• Planning and follow-up on operating procedures and key figures.
• Ensure a high standard for customer service and product quality.
• Implement strategic initiatives and drive your own projects.

Who are you?

With your solid leadership skills you create a feedback and learning culture in your team. You think analytically, have financial insight and are a proficient communicator. You are sales- and results-oriented with a strong customer focus, while you are able to motivate and engage your colleagues.
