Team Leader for Minibus Frederikssund

Therefore we are looking for a team leader for our minibus department in Frederikssund, who wants to be close to the employees, take an interest in their daily lives and create a workplace where well-being, presence and integrity go hand in hand with smooth operations.

You will be responsible for the daily management of approx. 50 drivers and 2 dispatchers. At the same time, you will be the leader who ensures that employees feel support, recognition and clear direction in everyday life.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about people. A leader who is visible in the department, engages in dialogue with the employees and is motivated by helping others to succeed.

Your most important tasks

• Daily management and development of drivers and dispatchers
• Ensure high wellbeing and a good working environment in the department
• Be a visible and approachable leader who builds strong relationships with the employees
• Conduct sick leave, wellbeing and development conversations
• Support daily operations and planning
• Ensure follow-up on targets, quality and key metrics
• Contribute to the development of workflows and processes
• Collaborate closely with other managers and functions in the organization
